Shipping
Orders over NT$1,500 within Taiwan enjoy free shipping. Orders under this amount incur an NT$80 shipping fee. Offshore island rates may vary.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment. Delivery to Taiwan mainland typically takes 1-2 days. Offshore islands may take 3-5 business days.
Yes! Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the latest status on our order lookup page.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact us via the contact page or email our support team with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
After the returned item is verified, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Taiwan local payments (ATM transfer, convenience store payment) via ECPay.
All payments are transmitted via SSL encryption. Credit card payments are securely processed by Stripe and ECPay. We never store your card information.
